Without question, these Furnace Folks are gaining steam and momentum. Someone musta turned up the thermostat 'cause that live show was smokin'. If you haven't gone, you should. I actually almost started to *GASP* dance at one point in the show. And lemme tell ya, that doesn't happen much anymore.

By far and away an all around great performance. Here's to it just getting better. Get out the charcoal and the matches. Whoop!

I dont think that FF's are going to do any more serious touring until another NEW record is made...

I am working with Matt right now to put together a live record reflecting the last three years of so of live stuff that we have, but im not sure that it's release will be significant enough to the Friedberger's to constitute another round of extensive touring...

And on the off chance that the subject line was ignored, let me restate:

*Very Much Just Joking*

I think that the next FF album, be it live or new should be named the "Freed Burger."

 Would make me smile.

I like "Of Montreal." Am very happy to have a chance to see them in the near future. They won't be with the Furns though. More's the pity. They put on a fine show.

TFF sent me a nice note on my birthday (they didn't know, actually), saying the new album will be "relatively short and simple."

Hope to see them soon, say at Maxwell's, cause that was fun last time!

GREAT little show last night. Liking the new songs immediately. And, as always, the rhythm section drove the whole she-bang. Thanks Jake, thanks Bob!

Slap that drummer with a pie that smells. Yeah! Heavy and a Bottle of Bread.

thanks for a great show Saturday (the only one I could catch this time around). I bet the others were great too. Good crowds elsewhere?
