Lou sent me this article and heres what I wrote back to him:
Lou,
Like I said the other day, when I heard he was in the band I got bad buggums.
I feel a bit vindicated in this now as I have perceived from his explanation that he left the band because:
1. He doesnt want to deal with his gear
2. He doesnt want to appear to be a "big rock guy" by employing a roadie.
To him, that equals "im going home now."
Answers:
1. You are a big pussy
2. You ARE a big rock guy if you THINK you are and who gives a fuck anyway?
3. You would rather pretend to be an activist as you gaze over Puget Sound and make apple cider. What a fucking ULTIMATE northwest dickwad.
Thank god that guy is out of the picture.

Not much. How are things with you. I have used some of your VST suggestions. Your web site is helpful...ya nerd. I started writing again in Dec. It had been more than seven years since I had written a song. Finally figured out Cubase enough that it works for my purposes. except midi. I'd love to hear what you think of my new songs. I'm on myspace. We should talk sometime. Ivan

Yeah! Man thats awesome... I am glad you are back at it.
Been thinking of you a bit lately... the last couple of years I have been riding road bikes again, totally reminds me of bombing down the bike trail with you back in the day. New york is a pretty amazing place to try and go fast! F'ing DANGER brother!
Cubase is awesome... I used it for about 3-4 years. But I hadnt paid for it and was making $$$, so I had to look for something to buy... Hello Reaper.
Man, yeah lets talk more! You should post your myspace page here so people can check out your stuff.
